The GasFlow™ Controller provides a higher level of control for your Compressor over a normal Switch Gauge panel.
It has the ability to be adapted to your applications as opposed to you adapting your applications to the limits of your control panel.

GasFlow™ Functions: Just simply install GasFlow™ controller to gas compressors then connect the sensors with cables that are specifically designed for oil field, users, via a back-lit high resolution touch screen matrix format, can:
-
Controls
- By-pass valve can be opened or closed based on suction pressure
- Liquid dumps based on liquid levels
- Motor speed (electric or gas) can be basedon Engine Temperature and Suction Pressure
- Cooling fan based on Discharge Temperature or Engine Temperature
- Auto restart based on Suction Pressre or in the case of a power failure
- Any other controls that use 0-10 Volts, 4-20 mAmps, and/or a wet or dry contact, based upon customer defined conditions
- User able to edit the amount of time a shutdown limit is exceeded before the system will shut down

**Recording technology
- All Display data recorded in a saved/viewable history file
- Up to the last 100 values are recorded for review for each selected sensor.
- See alarm pop-ups in the event of a shutdown accompanied by events leading up to shutdown.

GasFlow™ Features:
-
Pressure and Temperature Sensors
- are electronic and are supplied with the GasFlow Controller, meaning you do not have to plumb the compressor with stainless tubing
- the GasFlow Panel can be easily located on or off of the skid
- All connection cables for the Pressure and Temperature Sensors are also included
- Cables are armored, shielded, (UV, Oil and Solvent) proof so that in most cases they do not require conduit
- The Display
- 3.5” x 4.5” high resolution touch screen. All critical values are displayed in a simpe and user friendly format.
- When we first developed the GasFlow Controller, VRU’s were not being considered. We developed the GasFlow for Field compression. However we gained our current popularity with the advent of the VRU that requires a much more precise control.
- Our systems are compatible with both gas and electric compressors.
- We can work with Lbs., Oz or inches of water.
- We can operate with both Positive and Negative pressures.
- We have our controls On Shore and Off, on VRU’s and Methane refrigeration compressors and everything in between.
- Scalable
